THE BRIEF
A one-piece swimsuit designed for a sunset beach aperitivo, from 6 pm into the DJ set. High fashion, but colourful, original and one of a kind: elegant yet youthful. The garment conceived and designed entirely from scratch, from the first sketch to the final film.

APPROACH
Colour first: a multicolour palette of yellow, blue, orange and fuchsia. The structure: a one-piece in glossy stretch lycra, with a deep plunge and a front cross-over, wrapped in panels of sheer silk chiffon that move like waves of fabric. Hand-drawn design sheets defined every detail before generation.

PROBLEM
Realism — the models kept pushing the garment towards a digital, CG look, far from real fabric.
Body — despite precise references, heavy hallucinations in the construction of the swimsuit: neckline, cross-over and leg cut.
Chiffon panels — the "skirt" was the hardest part. Panels multiplied, merged or lost their shape and transparency.

SOLUTION
Real fabric references sourced, glossy lycra and silk chiffon, to anchor the generation to physical materials and away from the digital look. Multiple models tested and compared, keeping only the results faithful to the design sheets.

RESULT
A garment that exists only as design and film, yet reads as real: lycra that shines, chiffon that breathes, and colour that moves with the body.
